Describe and Compare Two Pictures

Hello everyone is back with me, this time I will describe and compare two pictures and give a reason why the image is very good for you.

Picture 1: Fish meat
In the first picture there are processed fish meat that has been presented on a white plate and is ready to be eaten. As you can see, the fish flesh has been cooked perfectly, marked with brownish color on the meat, besides the fish on the plate there are also pieces of red peppers, yellow lemon pieces, and green leaves to add the taste of the food itself.

Picture 2: Woman running
In the second picture we can see a woman doing a sport that is jogging on the side of the road in a cool place because it is surrounded by very green plants. She is very beautiful with her hair tied to a Pony tail model, the clothes she uses for morning jogging are plain gray t-shirts, shorts with white stripes underneath, white socks, and white sports shoes too. Oh in this picture we can see yellow and white flowers too.

Why are these two images so important to us?
Because both images reflect food and a healthy lifestyle. For example in fish meat itself, Fish is a food that is rich in protein, minerals, and healthy fats. In addition, fish also contain omega-3 fatty acids which are needed by the body. If we routinely consume processed fish meat, the benefits we will get are:

  1. Prevent heart disease.
Sea fish have high protein and lower cholesterol levels than red meat. This makes fish meat a good source of healthy protein for heart health. This fact is also supported by research that shows that regular consumption of fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids can reduce blood fat levels, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease.

  2. Maintain brain function and health
Sea fish, such as salmon, sardines, and anchovy, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids needed by children for the development and formation of their brains. Not only that, the study also found that eating sea fish containing omega-3 fatty acids is useful to help relieve symptoms of depression and dementia in the elderly, and is good for maintaining brain health.

  3. Supports bone health
Vitamin D is not only formed by the body with the help of sunlight, but you can also get it by eating sea fish. Sea fish is one source of vitamin D and calcium which can support bone health and prevent certain diseases. By eating salmon about 8 grams a day can meet 75 percent of your daily vitamin D needs.

In addition to healthy eating patterns, we must maintain our physical condition by exercising every week. Sports such as jogging are enough. Because by running we will get health and other benefits including improving heart health, treating insomnia, increasing concentration, and strengthening bones. Tips for those of you who want high quality morning runs:

  • Wake up before 6 am, because the best time for morning jogging is from 6:00 to 7:00 where the sun's rays have just risen which is very good for health, also the morning dew is not yet dry, and the streets are still relatively quiet so there hasn't been much dust.
  • Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water, as a capital so that we do not lack fluids during running.
  • Wear comfortable and protective footwear, the best is shoes.
  • Start with normal roads, walk fast, then run gradually.
  • Run leisurely and be full of happiness, relax and relax as if it were one with nature.
  • Get used to running for 30-45 minutes.
  • Try to do it 3-4 times a week.
  • Look for other partners to help familiarize this routine.
  • Do the routine well until it becomes a habit.
  • Always apply a healthy lifestyle: don't forget to eat breakfast, eat fruit and vegetables, avoid cigarette smoke.
That is discussions from me about these 2 images, hopefully can provide benefits to all of us. Thank you

KARANGAN TENTANG SAYA

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My Story,

My name is Faishal Muhammad Abdullah, or you can call me Faishal. I was born in Kulonprogo on September 23, 1998. I am 21 years old now and have a hobby of watching films and making simple graphic designs. I live with my parents and two younger brothers in Bogor.
I started Education at TKIT As-Salam 2, the lesson I liked most was drawing and coloring and I studied there for 2 years. After graduating I went to elementary school called SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah, I got many friends here and still have good relations until now. The achievements that I achieved during elementary school were ranked 1st in a row from grades 1-3 and won the Pencak Silat tournament. Six years later, I continued my education at a private Junior High School, SMP Puspanegara.
After graduating from Puspanegara Junior High School I entered my favorite Vocational High School in Cibinong, namely SMKN 1 Cibinong. I chose Software Engineering or RPL, RPL itself learned about many things such as designing algorithms and programming, designing databases, operating desktop-based visual programming, operating computer network operating systems, implementing SQL programming, creating web designs, designing object-oriented programming, database applications using SQL, as well as JSP-based web applications. I attended an internship program that was specifically provided by the school for the students, I was placed in the CV. Mitrasoft Global, which is located in Bojong Gede area, the result of the approximately 3 months internship is that I can create and design my own mobile banking application. I have also participated in the Youth Red Cross extracurricular activities and have often won competitions at both school and regional levels. There are so many experiences and friends that I got while attending school in 1 Cibinong Vocational High School and it was very unforgettable.
Finally, I graduated from Vocational School, then continued to Gunadarma University, Depok. I am still studying and have reached semester 4. If asked why I chose Gunadarma because Gunadarma is one of the best private universities, access is easy, and the IT field is very good. The reason for choosing a Computer Systems major is because this department includes everything such as computer networks, database algorithms, and hardware from the computer itself that I have learned in vocational schools and I also learn about electrical circuits as taught in the Electrical Department. The experience of studying here for 4 semesters is exciting, fun, and tired, why? Because the traffic around the campus is very jammed, especially on campus E. Oh yes the distance between my house and the campus is around 1 hour away and usually I go to campus riding a motorcycle.
My hope after graduating from Gunadarma University and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in computer is that it can be useful for the community and raise the family economy by opening a business such as learning or a computer course so that the Indonesian people, especially young people, are no longer concerned with technology that exists today. Hopefully all my wishes can be achieved and thank you.
